This series is perfect for men and women aged 20-60 who are looking to improve their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Join our experienced coaches, Emma Martin and Christy Hinnant, for a transformative experience that equips you with practical stress management techniques.

Schedule:

  • Aug 5, 12, 19, 26  2024 Monday Mornings: 6:45 AM - 7:15 AM hosted by Christy Hinnant, LMHC

  • Aug 5, 12, 19, 26  2024 Monday Evenings: 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM hosted by Emma Martin, Certified Life Coach

  • Duration: 30 minutes per session

  • Series Length: 4 weeks (total of 4 sessions, they have the option of either picking the am option or the pm option but not both)

  • Dates: Every Monday throughout August

Weekly Focus:

  • Week 1: Mindfulness and Meditation Practices

    • Learn how to cultivate a mindful mindset and practice meditation to reduce stress and increase focus.

  • Week 2: Progressive Muscle Relaxation

    • Discover techniques to release physical tension and promote relaxation through progressive muscle relaxation exercises.

  • Week 3: Breathing Exercises for Relaxation

    • Master various breathing techniques to calm your mind and body, and manage stress effectively.

  • Week 4: Guided Imagery and Visualization

    • Utilize guided imagery and visualization methods to create a sense of peace and enhance your overall well-being.

  • Video conferencing via Zoom

  • Downloadable guides and worksheets to support your practice
